it started when she became a mom
In 2017 I had my first little one - Liam. At the time I was a counselor using the degree I had worked so hard for. But I wanted to be home with him, while still providing and contributing to the income of our family. (And this was before the pandemic so being a virtual counseling wasn't an option!)
So I hopped online and dove into the world of virtual work. It was 2017 and the online space was just taking off; podcasts were launching and people were looking to expand the reach of their business through Public Relations (aka interviews in the media). I had the Enneagram 8 determination to learn and figure out those areas. So off to Google-YouTube Academy I went.
Within a few months, I launched a top-chart podcast, landed a client an interview with Good Morning America, and developed a confidence + expertise in the digital space.
Fast forward to now, Pivot Media has grown to service 50+ content creators with the launch + consistent production of their shows, the release of their books into the world, and the expansion of their message through various forms of PR.

She's sweet, she's sassy, and she's the most relational person you'll ever meet. Seriously though, this girl is relational at her core because of how deeply she values the people in her life.
Living in Las Vegas when she's not working at her desk, you can find her living her best mom life with her 3 littles, Liam, Lucy, + Ezra. In 2013, she married her dream guy, Billy, perfectly equipped to handle this strong boss babe with dreams and drive. Together, they are pastors at a local church.
Relational to her core, it's only natural to mention that her main role with Pivot is building relationships with peers, clients, media outlets and podcast friends. It's even safe to say Ashley is probably making new friends every week! *Cue your happy dance because who wouldn't want a PR gal like that?!*
